  • John Tanner

    John Tanner

    President and Founder

    John oversees the company’s operations while remaining intimately involved in business development and client engagement activities. While working with Oracle Corporation in Venezuela, Boston and New York City, John served as a customer relationship management strategist, media & entertainment solution specialist and account executive. Other roles included business development John Tanner & marketing at a technology consultancy and financial analysis and product management at a medical device startup. John’s extensive media operations consulting background and network across various sectors has helped him earn a reputation as a transformation specialist for early-stage and global media organizations.

    John was educated at Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and an M.B.A. John’s international living experiences include the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Slovakia. His passions outside of work include spending time with his family, working on his Mac, exploring cities on foot and striking up random conversations with people from all walks of life.

  • Lenka Lechmanova

    Lenka Lechmanova

    Operations & Finance

    Lenka oversees day-to-day administrative duties and strategic initiatives in the areas of finance, accounting, and general business operations. She supports V2's various departments and team members to ensure successful execution of the company's strategy. Lenka Lechmanova Lenka's prior work experience includes positions in public relations and banking organizations. During her tenure at Bank of America, she earned top performer awards in consumer banking operations and sales-related roles.

    Lenka was educated at the Technical University of Kosice in Slovakia where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Her outside interests include gourmet cooking, interior design and spending time with family in the New Hampshire Seacoast.

  • Sumner Vanderhoof

    Sumner Vanderhoof

    Director of Solutions

    Sumner oversees the company’s Solutions team and has played a key role in the evolution of V2's agile project management and delivery framework. In addition to managing the Solutions team on a day-to-day basis, he also plays a critical role as Sumner Vanderhoof chief solution architect and collaborates with clients on establishing long-term business and technology roadmaps. Prior to joining V2 in 2009, Sumner managed large-scale real estate development projects where he oversaw client interactions and project data collection, analysis and distribution.

    Sumner was educated at the University of New Hampshire where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. His post-graduate work included formal training in architecture and design while attending the Boston Architectural College. Sumner's passions include observing and critiquing architecture, expanding his percussion skills in the areas of drumming and stringed instruments and driving efficiencies through the use of cutting-edge technologies.

  • Jill Harkness

    Walter Elly

    Solutions

    Walter is a member of V2’s Solutions team and delivers results by combining a deep passion for technology with strong business acumen. He brings to V2 years of web- related experience including knowledge of CMS and social media technologies. Prior to joining V2, Walter’s roles included directing technology strategy for a leading branding agency, overseeing intranet technology development at a law firm and helping to launch one of the first television station websites on the Internet.     Walter earned his bachelor’s of science in business administration with a concentration in decision and information science at The University of Florida. Walter’s love for cold weather and skiing inspired him to relocate from sunny Florida to New Hampshire in 2005. Outside of V2, Walter is a frequent guest speaker at technology and social media conferences and fanatically keeps up with old and new friends via foursquare check-ins. When disconnected, Walter enjoys exploring sustainable living with his wife, two children, two dogs, cat and six ducks at his home in New Hampshire.

    Grace Klingensmith

    Solutions

    Grace is a member of V2’s Solutions team where she leverages a strong combination of business acumen and technical skills gained through hands-on work experience in both commercial and non-profit organizations. Grace brings to V2 knowledge in web CMS systems and database design as well as a Grace Klingensmith passion for technology and the streamlining of processes within organizations. Grace joined the V2 team in 2010.

    Grace was educated at the University of New Hampshire where she earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in information systems management and a minor in information technology. When she's not working for V2, Grace enjoys camping and hiking with her two small dogs in the warmer seasons and braves the cold winter months with inside activities such as baking and shopping.

    Eliza is a member of V2’s Solution team where she evangelizes best-in-class agile project management methodologies. Prior to joining V2, Eliza held roles within IT and product systems teams at global financial services and insurance organizations. Eliza brings to V2 a diverse range of industry and process flow knowledge which she leverages to manage projects from inception through completion. Eliza King

    Eliza was educated at Keene State College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in MIS. She is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University where she is obtaining her MBA in social media marketing. When not working at V2, Eliza enjoys snowboarding, hiking, yoga and art as well as spending time with family, friends and her English Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Barrett.

    Jillian Young

    Solutions

    Jillian joined the V2 Solutions team in 2011 and immediately demonstrated a unique ability to manage both business operations optimization and technology deployment projects across a range of industries. Her passion for people and for solving clients’ business challenges are evident as she traverses business strategy, process and IT-related conversations with executives, line of business managers and end users. Prior to joining V2, Jillian coordinated and managed projects in several fields including web development and sustainable architecture. Jillian Young

    Jillian earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental policy at the University of New Hampshire. During college, she also spent time studying and working in Australia, Spain and Hawaii. Jillian’s passions outside of work include skiing and all things outdoors, searching for that perfect espresso and enjoying good conversation over dinner with friends and family.

  • Hunter Basselet

    Hunter Basselet

    Solutions

    As a member of V2's Solution team, Hunter brings a wealth of knowledge in “all things data” including data management strategy, data migration and systems integration. In addition, Hunter develops code-based solutions across a range of platforms including Apex/Visualforce, Java and Objective-C/iOS. Prior to joining V2, Hunter played a key role in successfully implementing a large-scale and complex Salesforce.com deployment and launching iPad solutions at a global medical device organization.     Hunter received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Maine at Farmington and is currently enrolled in the University of New Hampshire's Ph.D. program in computer science. In his spare time Hunter enjoys cooking, playing video games with friends and spending time with his family.

  • Jim Dufresne

    Jim Dufresne

    Business Development

    Jim plays a unique role at V2 through his involvement in Business Development and Client Management-related activities. Since joining the V2 team in 2006, Jim has been intimately involved in many areas of the business including sales, marketing, alliances, operations and solutions delivery. In addition, Jim has built strong credibility working with V2’s media and advertising Jim Dufresne clients as an operations specialist in the areas of ad sales, partner network business development, account management and ad operations. Moreover, he plays a key role in following media & advertising trends to share with V2’s clients, partners and internal team.

    Jim was educated at the University of New Hampshire where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science. In his spare time, Jim enjoys skiing the icy slopes of New England in winter, golfing during the summer months and fishing for striped bass and tuna whenever he can bear the rough seas throughout the year.

    Business Development

    Jill initially joined V2 as a member of the Solutions team where she demonstrated a passion for refining operational process flows, better capturing and analyzing data and deploying technology platforms to improve clients’ key business metrics. After having successfully managed a number of global deployments, Jill made a transition to the Business Development team where she takes Jill Harkness an advisory approach to marketing and selling V2’s services and solutions. Prior to joining V2, Jill’s roles included general management at a retail startup, business consulting services and financial planning in the insurance sector.

    Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and english at the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing her MBA at Babson College. In her spare time, Jill enjoys photography, hiking and visiting national parks.

    Kristi Jackson

    Marketing and Sales Specialist

    Kristi plays a key role in V2’s Business Development team with responsibilities across marketing, alliances and sales. She brings to V2 over six years of experience in the sport lifestyle industry having held positions in customer relations and marketing at PUMA. Kristi thrives in “make it happen”, fast-paced environments where she can apply agile methods to produce quantifiable results.

    Kristi was educated at Merrimack College where she received her bachelor's degree in business management with a focus on marketing. In her spare time, Kristi fosters a creative spirit by creating jewelry and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, and fishing.

    Claire Conneely

    Human Resources, Recruiting & Knowledge

    Claire manages all aspects of human resources at V2 including recruitment, onboarding, organizational learning and policy development. She is passionate about recruiting top-tier talent for V2, creating an energized work environment, instilling the company’s core values into new and existing team members and building organizational knowledge. Claire Conneely Claire brings more than ten years of recruiting experience to V2 from both agency and corporate environments including Morgan Stanley and Sun Microsystems.

    Claire was educated at the University of New Hampshire where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has been fortunate to have been able to live in multiple cities and cultures including Dublin, Boston, San Diego and Manhattan. Outside of V2, Claire enjoys running on the treadmill (and after her toddler) and spending quality time with her family and friends.
