Greg McLaughlin,
Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Greg oversees the company’s client-facing solution delivery including oversight of management consulting; technical, data and business analysis; architectural system design and integration; and platform development services. During his tenure at V2, Greg has leveraged his 20+ years experience in enterprise business process management, CRM vision and adoption including expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, master data management and data governance, and innovative cloud architecture strategy. Prior to joining V2, Greg ran Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Customer Success and CRM teams and programs at Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as at several SMB and start-up firms as well. In addition to managing the delivery function at V2, Greg helps drive business development and strategic technology partnerships to further enhance the growth and capabilities of the firm.

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing at Rhode Island College, where he was a New England Champion wrestler, and his MBA at the University of Connecticut. Greg’s varied interests include coaching his kids’ sports teams, writing fictional novels, engaging in improvisational cooking, playing in competitive volleyball and hockey leagues and training for the USA Wrestling, senior national championship every year.
