Client Data is collected for the purposes of a single project engagement. All Client Data collected and processed during an engagement is stored securely in dedicated and restricted access locations within V2 infrastructure. At the conclusion of each engagement process, V2 reviews and deletes personal copies on local workstations of Client Data but maintains an archival copy of the project engagement data for future reference.

1.3Children Under the Age of 13

V2 does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database.
