How did you start your career with V2?
I started my career at V2 as a Senior Consultant back in 2020, leading our delivery teams to successfully advise and/or implement solutions for our enterprise clients.
How have you grown professionally & personally at V2?Â
Since joining the amazing team at V2, I have grown to become one of our delivery Principal Consultants. I also manage our global team of delivery professionals across Latin America.
What advice do you have for professionals looking to break into the Salesforce Ecosystem?
The Salesforce ecosystem is vast, however its barrier to entry is very manageable. Utilize all of the free tools that Salesforce has to offer, including some fantastic webinars. These tools will not only help you find direction in your career path, but will jump start your journey to becoming a Salesforce professional.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
My father. He has been a role model to me and has always shown that even when life or work throws you challenges, you can overcome it and continue to thrive.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
The excitement of each day’s new challenges and my co-workers at V2. We have an amazing team here at V2 and they motivate me to hit the ground running each day.
What has been your biggest hurdle as a Salesforce professional and how have you overcome it?
Salesforce’s ecosystem is ever growing and its products are continually updated. All good Salesforce Professional’s need to consistently monitor the ever changing product line and ecosystem to make sure that your skills are staying up to date.
What do you love most about working in the Salesforce industry?
Every client has a new and exciting challenge that they are facing. This provides myself the ability to utilize all that Salesforce has to offer to streamline their processes.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I truly enjoy helping our clients find efficient solutions to their unique business problems.
If there was one thing you could change about your Salesforce journey, what would it be?
I would not change it. As Salesforce continues to evolve, so does everyone’s journey within the eco-system. I am happy & excited to continue to learn and grow as Salesforce does.
