Meet Gustavo Rodriguez, our very talented Business Analyst Team Manager. He has been with V2 for about 6 months, and comes to us with over ten years of experience in both the banking and retail industries, working through the digital transformation processes from the client’s side of the table. Through his experiences, he truly brings heart and soul to every project we develop! How would you describe the culture at V2?
The culture at V2 is incredible. The way we work together as coworkers makes you feel like you are with a family in which we feed off of each other to achieve excellence every day.
Who do you consider a mentor or leader at V2 and why?
Brandon Stauber. Even on the busiest day, he finds a way to help give you guidance or a sense of direction.
What makes you a subject matter expert?
I worked as a Salesforce admin for two years prior to joining V2. My strength and passion lies in simplifying and automating processes to create an incredible experience for the end-user.
What is your favorite part about working for V2?
The best part of working for V2 is that I don’t have any boundaries when seeking excellence. I get to work with a very trustworthy and dedicated team that challenges us to exceed our goals.
What is an accomplishment or success story from your time at V2 that you want to brag about?
On my first day, I got assigned to an internal four-week project. Two weeks later, I mastered that tool in our demo organization and was able to support a successful product design and launch.
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
I have learned more in-depth about Marketing Cloud and CPQ tools while getting ready for the certifications.
If you weren’t in your current career, what would you be doing?
I would be working in an animal shelter. I love dogs!!!

I’m an opera lover. I try to go annually to the Met Opera House in NYC and watch a live concert or watch a live streaming in the movie theatre.
