In this employee spotlight, we’re excited to introduce our team member Nayeli Germoso. She is a V2 Business Analyst who has been with V2 for a year and a half. Her background is in industrial engineering and entrepreneurship which has fed into her passion for delivering great experiences to customers. She is always looking for ways to make improvements both professionally and personally.
How would you describe the culture at V2?
A culture of teamwork and excellence all across the board to deliver positive outcomes to every client.
Who do you consider a mentor or leader at V2 and why?
I consider Darinel Gomez a mentor. He is always looking to deliver value both on projects and with the team. He sets the example of excellence and teamwork at every step.
What makes you a subject matter expert?
Great service is what we give every step of the way, and it shows in how we deliver. That is my greatest passion, to make other people’s lives better through my service. I am a marketer with 15 years of experience in service-related roles at high-level Institutions and a Masters of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation. I’m now in a great position to create and deliver amazing experiences. This makes me a subject matter expert when talking about building solutions for clients.
What is your favorite part about working for V2?
The people. They are the BEST!
What is an accomplishment from your time at V2 that you want to brag about?
After my first six months at V2, I was the first member to become a Salesforce Pardot Certified Specialist. This allowed me to help other team members obtain the certification too. 5 months later and with more experience on the platform, I became a Salesforce Pardot Certified Consultant. It has allowed me to be a guide for my other team members.
How has your career grown since starting at V2?
Since day one at V2, my career has only continued growing. The learning opportunities within this company are endless, and both the leaders and team members are always contributing to the development of one another. I’ve increased my technical skills specifically in the Salesforce ecosystem, and my leadership, communication, and soft skills.
What would you be doing if you weren’t in your current career?
I’d be a Project Manager
