How did you start your career with V2?
I started working at V2 back in 2020. At the time, I was actively looking for a new position and wanted to transition from telecommunications into software solutions development. A friend of mine knew someone at V2 and recommended me for the Business Analyst role. I applied for the job, and after an interesting recruitment process, I received an offer for the role!
How have you grown professionally & personally at V2?
At V2, I’ve had the opportunity to expand both my technical and leadership skills. I’ve also been able to explore different roles within the organization, which has allowed me to explore deep technical Salesforce aspects, create innovative solutions for our clients, and work cohesively with committed team members.
What advice do you have for professionals looking to break into the Salesforce Ecosystem?
My first advice is to embrace the continuous learning mindset for any position you are applying for. Then, open Salesforce Trailhead and start exploring. Start with the admin basics and grow your knowledge base from there.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
If I could choose two people, they would be my parents. They are not famous, but they are great role models who taught me the importance of integrity, kindness, and hard work.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
The fact that I can learn something new and develop tools that will help to solve a client’s needs. I like researching, interacting with positive people, and challenging my creativity and analytical skills, which I’ve had the opportunity to accomplish at V2.
What has been your biggest hurdle as a Salesforce professional and how have you overcome it?
At first, it was challenging because Salesforce was unknown to me. Persistence and great supportive teammates were key for me in overcoming the hurdles of learning something new after being in the telecom industry for many years.

What I love most is the sense of community that prevails in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What is your favorite part of your job?
There are many things that I love! The work environment is just so special. We have a company culture where collaboration and continuous learning are values we live by on a daily basis. There is always something new to learn in the Salesforce ecosystem, and V2 provides the tools to make that learning possible.
If there was one thing you could change about your Salesforce journey, what would it be?
I wouldn’t change a thing. I think I was in the right place at the precise time to start my Salesforce journey at V2.
